Whilst it would appear the battle for music stardom happens in the studio, charts or live show. The truth is, the battle happens before any of these things even occur. It’s something very rarely talked about in the music industry, but the psychological skills needed to succeed, will put you miles ahead if you have them.

The truth is, the biggest battle we face when we pursue any venture or endeavour in life is the one in our mind. We constantly have to fight those voices, blocks and distractions that drain our energy. If we can overcome them, only then are we free to fully commit to our dreams.

Talent is overrated, mental toughness is underestimated.

I learnt the value of mental toughness later in life, and with the right training and mentors I’ve been able to get rid of most negative programming and strengthen my mind in unimaginable ways. I want you to do the same.
